Dear Director/Student Leader,

 

Welcome to the registration portal! Here you will be able to fill out all the pre-conference forms. Below, you will see the forms as they become available along with a list of the important dates to take note of and the status of the current forms. Form I will be done via this portal, and so will any other forms for the conference that arise in the meantime. Only Form II will be done through Google Sheets. 

 

Form I is just an initial gauge of interest and for you to formally let us know that you will be attending the conference. We need this information to best plan out the logistics of the conference. This information will also be used to designate you with your delegations later on, and the sooner you register your Form I, the sooner we will be able to get back to you with the information for your Form II.

 

Form II will be done through Google Sheets and will be shared to the email address from your Form I. It is imperative that you do not change the format of the sheet or restructure it in any way. Please ensure that all the names and information provided are accurate as those will be the names printed onto certificates, lanyards, placards, and other conference materials.
